What are your business hours?
A Flawless Looke operates Monday-Sunday, from 10AM-5PM EST. We're closed on all major holidays. Contact us via email if you have any questions. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response from our team.
When will I receive my tracking number?
You should expect to receive a tracking number to the email that you provided once your order has shipped.
How long is processing?
All orders need 2-3 business days (m-f) to be processed before the order is shipped. For express shipping all orders must be placed by 1pm.
What shipping carrier do you use?
All orders are sent out with USPS.
Where do I pick up my order?
All local pick-up orders can be picked up at 3pm EST Thursday- Sunday (excluding federal holidays) at the address listed below. If your order is placed on a Sunday after 1pm you have one hour to pick up your package on Monday at 5pm.

NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No changes can be made once an order has been placed.
Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Items are eligible for store credit ONLY if returned within 7 days of the delivery date. We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our facility, and your return is processed. Please keep in mind processing of your return can take up to 3- 5 business days after receiving your returned item.
Please be careful of any makeup or deodorant marks.
