Pick-Up Policy

PICK UP HOURS:

THURS-SUN

10AM-5PM

MON-WED

 CLOSED 

Order by 1pm for same day local pick-up or express shipping

The pick-up location address is 3309 Brighton Road, Pittsburgh PA 15212

You are required to pick your order up the same day your order is marked ready!

Identification is required, we will not release an order without it

The name on the order must match the ID

If you choose local pick-up, please make sure you provide a correct phone number and email address so that we can contact you

Please make sure to double check all information before submitting your order

FYI-

  • All orders placed before 1pm will be ready for pick-up that same day at 3pm
  • All orders placed after 1pm will be ready for pick-up the following day at 3pm

Once at the store, have your ID ready and kindly proceed up the stairs to the second floor and enter through the second door. A team member or manager will be there to assist you with your package.
